I got the Tally Counter(equipment to see enemy kill count), and decided to do the Goblin Army event.

I was able to get every banner from the respective goblins, but Goblin Archer.

I realized that when I kill a Goblin Archer, the Tally Counter will display "Kill count unavailable" instead of "Goblin Archer: xx".

I did the event 5 times in a row, and I'm ABSOLUTELY SURE I killed over 50 Goblin Archers, but I didn't received any advice "player killed 50 Archer Goblins" and he didn't drop the banner either(I've been paying pretty much attention so I wouldn't miss it).

Is anybody else having problem with this?

I'm playing the 1.3.0.3 version.

I think the developers messed up with the count and now it's unobtainable. The 50 kill message is like a trigger, so the enemy will drop a banner. If this doesn't happen it won't work.

I hope it's still possible to drop a banner by % chance, otherwise the only possible solution is a new patch.

Banners aren't a percent drop anymore. They're fixed drops at every 50 kills. So if the Goblin Archer banner tally is bugged, it won't drop at all. You can bring an existing banner from another world, though, if you happen to have one.

Stupid question but, could it be that your inventory was full at the time?

They fixed it in 1.3.0.4:

Yeah. When the inventory is full, the banner will be on the ground, so I was paying pretty much attention to that and it really doesn't dropped it.
