I Downloaded Terraria on my account(not this one), but it said i had to be logged on as an administrator, when i did so, it also refreshed my computer. So now if i want to play Terraria (i don't have steam) i have to play $10 again, since i downloaded it after the discount. Note, it was not on this account, but i am asking if i can have a new one, or if you can help me regain my other account. it was something like coolbreaz64 or something 4 but not 54 because thats this account, so, can someone help me?

Contact support department. Only GOG staff can help you with account issues.

Click "Support" then "Contact us". Select "Problems with website and user accounts" and press continue. Fill the form and explain the situation. It's unclear from your post why you can't login to your original account. Did you forget the login details or something? If so, info might be on the e-mail account you used to register the original account.
