Are there any graphics updates for Terminal Velocity?

There are great ones for Descent, but I much prefer Terminal Velocity's more open, free flying gameplay.

I don't know that I'd play TV now with the old graphics, but if there were good graphical updates, I'd say SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!

Anyone know of Terminal Velocity updates/upgrades?

I think this game had S3 ViRGE 3D acceleration as a rendering option. I'm curious if the GOG distribution includes the option to utilize ViRGE acceleration.. Maybe there is a wrapper out there somewhere that could transfer the calls to OpenGL or some other better supported standard.

I know of glide wrappers, but haven't heard of virge wrappers. Don't think you'll be able to utilize it without an actual virge card or a port from the (unreleased?) source code to the virge api, or TV itself.

Some interesting info:
You can actually run the Virge version of TV by installing the virge exe and running it through the s3d toolkit. The game will run, but you will only see a black screen with your hud. Perhaps someone who works on the glide emulator could get this to work.

For what it's worth, Terminal Velocity has a high-res mode (640x480) which you may not have been able to play back when it was new, if you didn't have a Pentium.
