Hey so when I go to the character create screen there's always some lights flashing from the upper left corner like it's a rave anyone know how to fix this

Check this topic, maybe it is related to your problem. I couldn't get ride of some graphic glitches at the character screen.

Do you use any mods? I would recomend the Circle of the Eight and Temple plus to correct most of the bugs of the game.
