What game version is the one that is downloaded in GOG?

Galaxy shows that it is version 1.0, I understand that there are official patches 2.0 and 3.0. However in the forums it is said that it is patched to the latest version.

Does the GOG version already include patches 2.0 and 3.0 despite showing that the version is 1.0?

Or should I look for the other patches?

GOG uses patch 2.
1.0 is probably an internal GOG name.
