Suggest you visit the GOG store page for the game, where you will find the information you seek--yes it runs on Win 8/.1, and although it's not on the GOG Store page, it also runs fine on Windows 10x64.

I'm loving Temple+ and Co8 with the GOG temple of evil. However - how do I get the Wall of Fire spell? It doesn't show up on my lists when I level or on scrolls for sale that I can see?
