Hi, I am just wondering if anyone has had any success installing the Temple+ mod using Wine in Linux? When I try to run it, I get an error message saying: "Please run the application as a normal user, not as an administrator."

Does anyone know of a workaround?

I'd use wine 6+, dxvk (T+ wouldn't launch without it for me) and be sure to copy arial.ttf to T+'s font dir
Also I have to change the desktop resolution to that I set for T+ before starting it, otherwise I have this https://github.com/GrognardsFromHell/TemplePlus/issues/462

Hey, just to let you know, I upgraded to a newer version of wine-staging and installed DXVK and Temple+ now seems to work fine, which is cool. Except, I enabled the new base classes in the config, but I don't see them in the character creation screen. Do you know how I can access those? Are there prerequisites for those classes, which means they can't be taken at level 1?

Edit: Oh, I figured it out. You just have to enable 'non-core content' in the Temple+ setup, then you get access to Battlemage, Favored Soul, etc on character creation. Temple+ seems to work well with KotB as well.
