I am considering buying this game. But I am using a netbook (The reason I came to these website to begin with :P). My specs are:

Intel Atom 1Ghz N450, 2GB ram, 250 HDD (5200 rpm), intel graphics 3150.

Will this game run well on my netbook? I don't want to waste money on a game that won't work ;) I want decent framrate..Something around 25ish..

Ya, you could run this game easily, just don't set the resolution too high.

My laptop is a 10" with native resolution os 1024x600
Will this be alright?

I don't know if that's a standard resolution for the game.

My Co8 patch resolution change only offers 800x600 option for the vertically x600 limited.
Not sure if it can be further tweaked to accept other resolutions.

In performance terms, your netbook should handle the game easily,
but there's always the chance of something not working.

There's a demo, but it's still possible the demo works but the real game doesn't,
or the demo doesnt' work even if the patched up real game would.

These are the supported resolutions:
1280 x 720, 1280 x 768, 1280 x 800, 1440 x 900, 1680 x 1050

Your resolution may work, but it isn't officially supported. I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. Heres a link on how to change the resolution to widescreen:

I haven't tried the widescreen mods, but on my 1400x900 display, I played the game at 800x600. I preferred the larger characters on my screen over the smaller characters from the higher res.

Yeah, I have 24" 1920x1200 and I played at 1280x something. Could have been lower without any problems but higer ones made my neck hurt as I leaned closer to the screen all the time... :)
