Tried tuning off AVG and it installs but after a reboot it detects the "trojan" again and deletes it. Tried a few of the solutions in other posts but not really getting anywhere.. any chance of a refund or a fixed download? As this is my first purchase from G.O.G can't say I'm too impressed...shame really

In AVG v9 you can :

- add TOEE.EXE to the PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) list

AND

- add the TOEE directory to the Resident Shield exception list
Many thanks for the advice, worked a treat:)

No problem :)
Yay!!! I added the ToEE.exe to a bunch of the exclusion lists, but I missed these two. The game now plays.
In any case AVG is really to blame here, as this is a false positive.
Well, considering that a rather wide range of antivirus scanners detect the file as false positive, I would say that a bit of blame falls also on GOG ...
