Ok got TOEE installed with CO8 and Temple+ installed, game runs fine, but theere's no selection sounds when I click on my characters (like BG series). I chose voices for them when I created them, did I do something wrong or did I miss a setting? Thanks!
I don't have it installed right now so I take what I say with a grain of salt. I remember a setting or a check mark where the voices would show up or go away. You may have a setting wrong with that.

All of that said, I often find that re downloading and reinstalling the game completely changes which bugs show up (even when accuracy of the game is checked) . So your best bet of fixing it may be to Redownload and reinstall.
Good luck.
Figured it out, thanks!

Well, what was the solution - was it any of Tallima's suggestions? It might be helpful in the future if other people with the same problem look at this thread.

Well, it's pretty simple actually, the characters in TOEE don't respond to clicking on them like the BG games do. However, when you command them to do something via the radial menu (sneak or search for example), then you hear their response. Nothing technical, just me used to the IE games is all haha.

Ah! One of the vagaries of ToEE! And thanks for replying back :)
