I used Co8's mod & added in some custom portraits. Here's my 8 man party...

Hulk Hogan - Paladin
Andre the Giant - Fighter
Ultimate Warrior - Barbarian
Ricky Steamboat - Monk
Repo Man - Rogue
Brother Love - Cleric
Grand Wizard - Wizard
Papa Shango - Sorcerer

...the remaining 3 classes I created portraits for are...

Jake Roberts - Druid (with Damien as Animal Companion)
Corporal Kirchner - Ranger
Double J - Bard

You forgot about Jimmy Hart, Bard obviously.
Tatanka - Ranger
Ric Flair - Rogue (with atleast an 18 charisma score) ;)

An Chaotic Evil party with Ted Dibiase as the leader could also work
There are ALOT of possibilities, of course. I went with Repo Man because he was a Thief (and the only other Thief I can remember is Jean Pierre LaFitte), but if we're talking Rogue-like behavior maybe I should've gone with Bobby Heenan. :-)
I would have had Andre the Giant as the paladin.

I don't know who Papa Shango is but the next rpg i play i'm using that name.
I figured Andre was the ultimate tank, while Hulk was the ultimate goody-goody back in the day.

Papa Shango was a "voodoo mon" character, with the chicken bones around the neck & the whole nine yards.

From what his co stars of Princess Bride said about him i just thought the pala suits him more.

I like it, but there's one thing to watch out for with 8 player character parties. There's a couple of "rescue" type quests that involve you temporarily taking an npc into the party. They are optional, though.
