Do helmets in this game have any effect on critical hits? like if we don7t have helmets are we vulnerable?

Do the other clothing items have any effect in combat/skills? Like boots, gloves and ornamental necklaces etc.???

Not sure about crits and helmet but for other articles of clothing, unless they are enhanted they don't add anything other than cosmetic enhancement.

I'm 99.9% sure than non-magical clothing (gloves, boots, helmets, etc) are just cosmetic. You can have your party walk around on their bare feet to save weight if you prefer.
