According to page 108 of the ToEE game manual:
"2. If you have a base attack bonus of +1 or higher, you can combine one of these actions [draw a weapon or ready/loose a shield] with a regular move. If you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, you can draw two light or one-handed weapons in the time it would normally take you to draw one."
I'm pretty sure that neither Troika nor Co8 provided this option in-game. Is there a mod or something that allows a player to do this?
