So I used to own TOEE on disc a few years back. I never added mods and remember the game quite well. I recently downloaded it from gog.com (I lost the play disc) and there are things there that weren't in the original game. The scorching ray spell for example, and the ability to go beyond lv10. Clearly there have to be mods that came with the download from gog.com.

What I'm hoping someone can tell me is exactly what mods came with the game and exactly what they added/changed. Any info would be appreciated, Thanks!

There are no mods only official Patches

Then how do I have the scorching ray spell and how can I level past 10? Neither of those things were in the original game or any official patches that I'm aware of.

Temple of Elemental Evil Unofficial Patch actually have the the scorching ray spell that must be it then so I guess they have used a MOD

I do know that the GoG version, as it's distributed, does not have the Circle of Eight mod pack. Given all I've seen, I'd highly recommend it.
