Runs fine with Win10x64 here--I play with the C08 front end TFE-X. Works great. Highly recommend the C08 TFE-X front end!
Also highly recommend the Temple+ mod--you really want Co8 8.1 & the Temple+ mod. Install the Gog game, then Co8 8.1, then Temple+ mod, and you are golden.
