Ok when I took this class i got a special ability to reroll saves, criticals and attacks. There is a check box for it.

How exactly does this ability work? Does it mean I hit basically everytime? Am I burning TU attempts wtih this ability or some other counter?

I am really confused by it and I can't find anywhere that it is explained.

I believe that's an effect of the luck domain. I think it might be once a day, or based on your CHA mod, not sure. You might be able to find it in the in-game reference guide.
