Hello everybody,

I didn't find a solution for my problem so i ask for your help.
I run TOEE on a Mac and with each screen resolution i have black stripes on the left and on the right.
It's weird because these are native resolutions for my iMac (1024x768 or 1280x1024), so i guess the game should fit my screen.
I checked the .cfg file and the width and height are ok (1024x768).

Any ideas?

1024x768 and 1280x1024 can't both be native resolutions. Those are just selectable resolutions. I can tell b/c 1024x768 and 1280x1024 are 1.25 and 1.33 ratios, so they could not both be native without either black bars or stretching. Native means that your screen has those many literal pixels available.

Most likely, you have a widescreen monitor and the black bars are there because you are centering the game on your screen.

If they bother you, you should be able to stretch the game out. ALT+ENTER might work on a PC, but I have no idea how on your mac. You may have a graphics setting, or maybe ALT+ENTER will work for you.

BTW, I prefer the closer view setting with 800x600 and I stretch across my 1440x900 monitor. I think it looks good enough and the fatter characters remind me of modern America and the fatter monsters make me more scared. :)

(btw, I think that's why America changed to all widescreen displays. Because then we can stretch the image and everyone looks fatter, which will make us fatter, and then make us weak and then the government will control our minds and turn us into zombies)
