I downloaded the game for the same reasons. :) I'm a bit of a geek when it comes to ScummVM, because I tend to buy games just because they have ScummVM support (like Waxworks for instance :p)
The bonus of this getting this game though is that it is quite good, funny, and fun to play (and free)! :)

You can get SCUMMVM here for free without the game.
Or did you mean the SCUMM engine? SCUMMVM is the SCUMM Virtual Machine. The SCUMM engine is great.

Besides you'd be better off just downloading SCUMMVM from the official page, as I don't think GOG has updated these freebie games to newest version SCUMMVM, that has added support for Sierra games as well.
