I solved this problem by changing the DosBox output from "overlay" to "surface" in the configuration file "dosboxTeenagent.conf".

My PC has the following configuration:

Windows XP SP3 32bits
Intel Core2Duo E6600
2GB Ram
ATI HD4600 512mb
