It's an old game, graphics are cheap, sound too, but it's very funny, especially the dialogues, absolutely hilarious.
There are some tips to progress into the game. For example, mouse buttons have differente reactions when they're clicked. Left one usually shows what teenagente is thinking; right one usually is used to speak with others and to make actions. To access the inventory, just move mouse pointer to the top of screen - in the first playable screen, for example, this is necessary to take the paper that guard asks to you.
This game is a good title. Recommended!
