I just installed this and the game is not centered. the right half of the screen is cut off. how to fix?

If you are using and Preview version of Windows 10x64, right-click the game exe shortcut, select "properties," and click the "Compatibility" tab, then check the box that says, "Override high DPI scaling behavior, scaling performed by [click on the pull-down menu] and select "application" then hit "Apply" then "OK" then close the shortcut properties--run the game...!

If you don't have Win10x64 Preview, this might not be available--in that case check out the thread "Full Screen Mode?" for pointers on how to adjust the game's display resolution.
