It's said "coming soon" on the store page for the deluxe edition since it was put up. I'd love to read it if it exists.

The Codex is already there for your downloading pleasure, just click on "Storybook", size is 3 MB. The file is named tb_codex.zip and contains a PDF with 21 pages.
