Since I didn't see a thread about how to do this, I thought I would make it just in case someone wasn't aware that Impact Gameworks released five official mods that are on the SteamWorkshop, and do not appear to be available anywhere else.
Even if you don't own the Steam version of Tangledeep, you can still download them through SteamCMD using an anonymous login. (You literally just type "login anonymous " at the Steam prompt.)
For each of the official mods, here's what you type at the Steam prompt to download the item after you login.
Elemental Scrolls
workshop_download_item 628770 1353055415
Ghost Pirate Soulkeeper
workshop_download_item 628770 1357349637
More Earlygame Monsters
workshop_download_item 628770 1353504736
Replicator 88
workshop_download_item 628770 1357082842
Shopping Madness

Installing is easy. Load Tangledeep, then select the workshop option at the lower-left corner. On the next screen there's an option to go to the mods folder (which is in the AppData folder for windows users.) Copy the folders you downloaded using SteamCMD into this folder. You will need to exit out of Tangledeep and reload it for it to see the mods. I renamed the folders for each mod from being just a bunch of numbers to the name of the mod, and they were seen by Tangledeep.
