Steam already has 34 of them, it would be a nice touch for the GOG version, too. ;)

I'm somewhat indifferent about achievements, but you can ask them about it on their Discord. I think they even put their Discord link into the start screen and/or one of the menus. They're on Discord way more actively than anywhere else.
