In addition to the online manual mentioned above, there are also PDFs of the rules booklets for the base tabletop game and each expansion released for it (so, everything except "The Realm of Souls", "The Ancient Beasts" and "The Clockwork Kingdom"...and the Legendary Decks, if you count those). These can be found on Talisman Island. Just look for the section headed "Talisman: Revised 4th Edition" (which is what the Digital Edition is based upon).
