Bobby_Typhoon: Playing as a dwarf & want to return to the Iron Council so I can attempt the Deep Bellow quest but can't find the entrance to the Council. Any help will be appreciated.

mk47at: Don't give up. I can't give you more specific help; it's been a long time that I've played a dwarf or even the base campaign. I'm waiting for the release of 1.5.

I hate searching locations that I've previously discovered. I usually use the “Go to Landmark” addon which provides a list of discovered landmarks. It's too late for this character, but I recommend installing it for the next one.

OneFiercePuppy: Sorry for the late reply. If you still haven't found it, it should be in the mountains up in the northeast. IIRC, both times I played Dwarf it was in the little nook northeast of Last Hope, along the coast, then into the trees along the mountains, east of where the lumberjack camp appears.
