On the DLC page, my gog-purchased version tells me I have -20 coins (donation rewards for unlocking more DLCs) on a fresh install?

No, just "Remaining Coins: -20"
Then it lists the Ashes (which is odd, because I already have it) and the UI DLCs.
This is the in-game page I get to clicking on the "Addons" menu and then the link to "Te4.org DLCs". For some reason, my login doesn't work on the website.

Did you enter in the serial numbers from your GOG shelf?

I entered one of them when I created the profile. It didn't let me enter both. I thought if I logged into the website it might have a spot to enter the second one, but it doesn't let me log in.

Okay, so I've finally gotten onto the site.
If I look on the Balance page, it looks like I have a green "40 coins" from the "Redeemed Key" but -60 from "Unlocks donator features" and I was only been able to put in one of the two keys from my shelf. I'm guessing the other one makes up the missing 20 coins?
