I just bought the game and I have my serial key. I use more than one PC so am I able to redeem the key and have access to those extra features on all the PCs I play on?

The keys are bound to a profile and you can log on to your profile in-game so as long as you know your user name and password, you should have no issues with playing the game on different PCs :)
