After visiting library (I took the CD lying on the floor, then tried to use every terminal, one of them granted me access code to helipad. The problem is, that after obtaining the access code I'm attacked by soldiers in the building. Once it happened when I got to the helipad floor, other time immediately when I left the library.

I don't know what's causing this, I've never hurt a single soldier or destroyed anything in the building. And it seems that getting the code is triggering this issue.

Don't know if it's relevant, but I've also visited infirmary (to restore health to maximum) and warehouse/armory (to gather some ammo to shotgun). But I still don't see anything, that would cause this.

I think I figured it out.

I got the disk, ammo, health. But at the Library I only accessed the computers with the Passcode and the one that gives the Enemy info (Lower left and lower right from where you enter), just as precaution I saved before, went up and they didn't attack. I'm guessing one of those computers in the library triggers the enemies in the Helipad to attack, either the ones with the cameras or the ones with more info or the Unauthorized access terminal.

Try recreating it, at the library, only access the ones on the bottom left and right.
