Did it get updated like on steam, with Patch 0.7 Cuanacht Rebellion

Did you manage to find out if this version of the game will get the 0.7 Patch update like on Steam? I also could not find this information on "the banner". My apologies, but I was unable to find this information on the banner, as you stated.

Nope unfortunate not. The problem is, GOG has a different version number, 0.53 if not mistaken. Steam is at 0.7.

If I am on the homepage and scroll the highlights, it says "Patch 0.7" on the bottom left corner of the game's banner.

Nope it does not, still can't find it.

So I am noticing these two gentlemen with the screenshots are from foreign country, maybe Europe? Perhaps the USA had not received this patch yet, sadly. I think here it America they need to update still? We must be behind in receiving updates here, which that sucks.

Oh I'm sorry about the mistake, my apologies. That is strange then. I take it it still did not update with that 0.7 Patch? I'm now starting to think getting this on Steam might be best. But I'm really trying to "convert" (or at least favor a bit more) to GOG since I learned that on GOG, it is like you own the game, vs. "renting" them with Steam.

I did get confirmation over on Youtube from a couple of folks that can confirm the GOG version is updated to the 0.7 Patch

Does this Patch 0.7 also apply for GOG? I am pondering which to get it on. I heard GOG overall is the better to get games on because I was informed that on there, you actually own the game and can play offline?

It should, but it's in early access either way and with this being an offline single player game it's not gonna make much of a difference.

It does. I picked this up yesterday on GOG. The offline installers haven't been updated yet, but GOG Galaxy will fetch the 0.7 patch when installed or updated from there.
