The enemies don't react to getting hit like they used to (less flinching) and the parry seems to have less visual feedback to it. If the stagger bar wasn't there I would have a hard time telling if my parry even worked. Plus the early guards seem to regain health if you stop attacking for too long. The devs mentioned in a steam post that they made the enemies harder but I was this feels worse than before.
