I played through TACOMA yesterday.
It took me about three hours to complete.
That time might be a little longer, if you rewind every scene and watch it from every available angle.
The main story that unfolds is quite interesting.
The personal relations between the crew members not so much (at least not for me).
The conclusion of the story was also satisfying.
TACOMA's story was engaging enough to keep me "playing", which is something not every game achieves.
All in all, I would say it was three hours (mostly) well spent.
However: I played a free version of the game (Humble?), aka: I didn't have to pay a single cent for it.
If I had had to pay $20,- my judgement might be different.
My judgement might also bedifferent if I had had to pay $10,- ...just so we're clear.
I mean it's a walking sim - and usually I don't like those because of their "go there - click that - listen to that - rinse and repeat" play mechanics.
But for free it was ok.
And in contrast to some other (free) walking sims, I "played" it to the end and also enjoyed the end.
