When I start the game from the main menu most of my screen goes black except for a small area in the upper left hand corner. What's seen in that area changes as I try to walk around but it is so small that I can't make out any details. Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?

Hi! It has been asked again sometime ago and here's the solution:

1. Go to the System Shock 2 folder (usually C:/GOG Games/System Shock 2), and open the "cam_ext.cfg" file with the notepad.
2. Search for "multisampletype 8" and when you find it, just add a semicolon (;) before it, so it looks like this: ";multisampletype 8".
3. Save the changes and start the game, it should run without any glitches now. :)
