I have tried reinstalling System Shock Enhanced Edition multiple times and changing settings but I cannot even get the game to launch I instantly get this error message

EDIT: FIXED, the only way I could fix this way to update to Windows 10.... Oh well i'm having a blast playing the game now at least!
