fdr182: Never got an email with the key from Kickstarter/Nightdive (somehow no surprize for me here). However I managed to log on to this page:

And here I can see at the very bottom " GOG System Shock Launch Key" and a number.
There are also direct links to some bonuses but there is no link to the game itself.
Now what do I do with this key? How do I use it to add System Shock Remake to my Gog library?

It's bizarre that I gave $50 to support the game and waited for all these years, while I could have waited for the Gog release and get it for less. But of course it's not the Gog's fault. Still it's disappointing that people who never supported the developers can buy the game now for less and can enjoy it now, while I can't even download the darn thing.

Annoying that the rollout of the keys hasn't seemed to be smooth at all :/

I got no email either. But I was able to get my key by following fdr182's advice. Thank you!
And then simply use the redeem code page on GOG to add system shock to my account. Awesome!

This was crazy, I didn't even knew the game was released. I came home from work and saw one of the youtube channel I followed playing the game. I check kickstarter, but it was 7 years ago I had to figure out what email I even used back then to signed up for it.

Finally was very lucky, one of my old gmail account, no email for product key, but as I was deleting 200+ of mostly spam emails, I notice in the corner of my eye one email from 4/7/22 from Nightdive Studios via Backerkit email address, with the title "Last call to update your order for System Shock!"

I followed the link in the email and was able to get my product key.

Probably would have ended up buying the game, but have to give respect to Nightdive to making good their promise.
