Doing the reactor mission. I've got security on level 4 down to 0%, but there is still one door on the eastern side that is locked (see attachment). How do I get there?

the switch for that is in the room with all the plastic explosives
the one you had to jump across several force-bridges that flicker on and off
it should have had a screen showing that door
the button should be right beside that screen
