I have High Serra and a Macbook Air and it works fine thus far (barely played it due to this issue) when I leave all settings including the crap low resolutions normal but when I try to change the screen resolution everything in game looks good but none of the keys work not even the escape key to exit the game. What gives?

I'm having the exact same problem, but it only started after I installed the July update. Previously, my keyboard worked perfectly fine.

it seems like you have to run the game at the same resolution as your desktop to prevent odd things from happening. forcing the windowed mode (uncommenting force_windowed) in cam_ext.cfg should also help.
