Every time I try to run/ play system shock 2, its saying failed to locate something and its not working. Can anyone please, help me?

We could help, but then we'd have to know what exactly is missing. Please post the full error report or a screenshot. Shock2.log also helps.

Problem: "Something loose in cockpit."
Solution: "Something tightened in cockpit."

You need to install DirectX9 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redist if some *.dll files are missing, see the FAQ:
