Trying to get my head around this, but wasnt able to solve it. I dont think its bugged, i am just stupid. :)

Could be wrong, just visualizing it in my head, but from the start, shouldn't the 12th tile elbow down? Then, along the new path, the 16th turn up and you've got the rest as soon as you complete the U bend.
