I'm finding this game rather frustrating instead of enjoyable, and now I'm stuck on trying to get the transmitter running. All the other sources I've seen online say the power is practically useless and there's no reason for it, you can just run in and put the code into the TX and have it work. When I do it it just tells me the basketball court power is offline and I have no idea where to get a power cell. I'm not very in the mood to scrounge the other 4 floors to try and find one either.

Wow, thanks. Guess I figured I already looted that guy, but must've left it since I didn't think I needed it. He also has some game on him. Just glad I didn't pick it up and drop it in some random location.
