Hello there.
It seems to me that the brightness or gamma setting in the System Shock Enhanced Edition is slightly off.
It looks too bright and too washed out. When i set the gamma lower in SS1EE it just looks as if my monitors has a bad blackpoint or contrast setting. I fiddled around with the sshock.ini but the only setting there affects the gamma setting which i can also reach via the ingame menu - so this is not helping :/
The gamma and contrast is normal in the DOS-Version. In that version black is black and white is white and not a mish-mash of gray. If someone has a solution to this please help :)
