My laptop has an integrated intel graphics card. Might I run into problems, or will I run into problems? And what problems can I expect?

Yes you might, there are common issues with Intel GPUs (e.g. black screen when starting the game). The good news, there are solutions. Most things can be fixed by disabling multisampling (edit cam_ext.cfg and write a semicolon before "multisampletype 8", like ";multisampletype 8")

SS2Tool can help you on this as well.

Furthermore voodoo47 is providing excellent support for the game here on the forum, so I think you'll get it running. Best to check with him on this to be on the safe side.
