I just purchased and installed SS2 from GOG. Should I install any updates, or does the GOG version alreaady have all the patches and graphoics updates?

as always, you are good to go if you don't care about mods (the GOG/steam build is bugfixed and up to date. no graphical enhancements though). if you do, it's SS2tool and then you can load whatever you want.
