When playing with a controller, you have to constantly keep pressure on the L3 button (or Left Stick) to be able to run. This is tiresome and makes my thumb hurt after a while. The game should have a "Toggle Run" which deactivates when you stop pushing the analog stick. We should have an option just like it has a "Toggle Crouch". Also, whenever you enter a menu and push B (Xbox Controller) to exit said menu it also activates the crouch input. This should not happen. Finally, there is no way to scroll through a long text in the menus with the controller, this forces me to grab the mouse to be able to read everything which is not optimal.
There is a toggle crouch option already in the game.
I think their entire point is we should have "toggle run" just like it has "toggle crouch".

I tried to get around this by remapping a bumper to run. But if you do that, the bumper no longer works for navigating menus. So when you open your inventory you can't use it to navigate between map/cyberware/inventory/etc.

I appreciate having controller support, but it could definitely use work. Like if I hit "B" to go back when reviewing logs, it crouches and kicks me out of the menu. That's just silly (B should only crouch when you're not in a menu, the same as remapping a bumper to run shouldn't have any effect on navigating menus).

With scrolling on a gamepad, it is kind of clunky. But if you like... hover? The cursor with the right analog stick at the bottom of where the text of a data log goes off screen, it should start scrolling. It's kinda wonky though, and I can't always get it to work.

Something to try though, instead of grabbing the mouse.
