is the German version uncut ? Back in the days System Shock 2 was censored for the German audience.

GOG releases multinationally and doesn't censor games for anybody. You will play the same version as everybody else, meaning, uncensored ;-)

I would like to play it in german, so I hope keeveek is right. But can someone please install it in german in tell if it's really uncut?

Just checked it, it's censored. Blood is green just as shown on the website.

With SS2Tool 4.8 installed it's german and uncensored. At least the blood is red. I don't know if the other cuts are gone too, I'll check this.

just tested it myself, and after using the latest ss2tool on the german gog version, blood is red again. :)

Oh, sorry for misinformation :-( I didn't suspect that different language versions might be different games...

Can anyone tell me where to get the latest ss2Tool 4.8? The site which was posted in an other thread needs registration but it's closed.

Not true for Fallout 1 GOG release, unless that's changed since I last checked.

Fallout 1 and 2 were updated some time ago and they are no longer censored.

And I meant that GOG isn't releasing separate versions of games that are censored or anything for some part of the world, they are always selling the same game for everybody.
