First time playing through this game and I'm really enjoying it. Despite not finding it particularly scary (very atmospheric though) I did find the garden section on the Recreation Deck genuinely scary. I don't know but it just felt incredible ominous especially with that freaky background sound. Anyone else feel the same?
Of course you have to explore the very bowels of the garden while two midwives sneak up on you in a extremely tight corridor as well as being attacked by countless of spiders.

I just had to vent that off of me. Glad that I don't have to visit it anymore though. ;)

You should visit hydroponics in SS1. It's basically "Holy crap, what fuck was that thing!?"
