Hi folks, when trying to launch the game I get an error message saying 'unable to locate or load d3dx9_43.dll'

I've tried installing twice but no joy.

I'm using Windows 7. Any ideas?

install the directx9 package: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 (download, extract to a temp folder, run dxsetup.exe, let it update everything).
