I noticed no (c) Star Insurance or other 'real owner' markers in the promo for System Shock. I'd also heard something ot the effect that NightDive owns everything now and not just the digital distribution rights.

Was wanting somebody smarter than me to give some commentary on this.

Edit: VooDoo47 from SystemShock.org confirmed the takedown notice for Shock Portable that NightDive does in fact own everything.

Meaning Cantor, Goggles, SHODAN, Diego, and all.... They are free of the Great Beast that is EA.

Yeah I also hope I did not pay damn Electronic Arts any royalties or license fees with my purchase... they abandonded this great franchise.

Though I am not sad about it.
I boycott EA since shortly after the release of Sims 2... no games purchased since then.
Same with Ubisoft, after they took over the developers of A.D./Anno 1701, I did not buy any game from them any more.
