(GoG System Shock 2)

My friend and I are playing the first coop mission in System Shock 2 on our vintage Window XP Pro gaming computers located in a LAN room in the basement on the same 10/100 network and when we both spawn into what I believe is the same Tram we cannot see each other. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Also, when setting up the HOST the program only see's my external IP address and not my assigned internal IP address. Is this normal? Most games I play LAN on and Host on want your internal IP address. IE 192.168.1.113

Thank you.

yes, you will be alone during the training, this is normal. ip address not being detected properly is also normal.

and any other anomaly you may encounter is normal too, that is how MP rolls.
Thank you.

Looks like they are getting ready to release the Enhanced version soon. I can hardly wait.
depends on your definition of "soon".
