So yeah title says it pretty much.
I get like 53 constant frames on a very powerful machine.
Which wouldnt be a big issue if there wouldnt be some sort of frame lags (not drops).
But only after i died once or tab out of the game.
After a restart the problem is gone.
I do not get this problem with any other game.
Game runs on adaptive FPS, changed it to 120 locked but didnt change anything.
Any suggestions?

My pc:
Intel I7-8086K
DDR4-3200 16Gb
GTX 1080Ti
Game runs on an SSD
My Screen supports and runs on 144Hz, other games have no problem running above 200fps.
